I love ways to maximize space in the RV, especially for items that are used regularly but tend to take up a lot of space when sitting on a shelf or in a drawer. That is why I am in love with this paper plate dispenser… and it comes with versions for bowls and napkins too, a great way to save crucial space in an RV kitchen.
You can easily install it either underneath an upper cabinet (but not above the stove for safety reasons) or on the underside of a shelf in a cupboard.
It fits standard sizes of paper plates (8-3/4″ – 9″ plates) and holds up to 125 of them at a time. So you can add an entire package of plates into the dispenser at once, eliminating the need to find storage room for extras to refill… unless you will go through more than 125 of them in a single trip, a possibility with an RV full of kids or for an extended boondock trip plan.

If you have the room to spare underneath a cabinet or shelf, this line also has similar pop-up versions that can be installed underneath a cabinet or a drawer for both bowls and napkins too.
For the paper bowls, use this one:
- Stores 6" disposable bowls or plates
And here is the version for paper napkins:
- keeps napkin handy and clean
While I am not always a fan of non-reusable items in an RV, sometimes paper plates are necessary when boondocking to conserve water for other uses instead…. however I also purchase eco-friendly plates and bowls to compensate.
