If you love spiral veggies to use as pasta noodles, you have probably discovered that the bulky spiralizer just is too big to keep in your RV. But most people don’t realize that there is a small version you can toss in the drawer which turns that bulky gadget into an RV friendly one.
On one end it does the spaghetti cut, but the other end does a ribbon cut if you want to get all fancy.
This is the one I use. And while you might think it is a pain to spiralize by hand, it is pretty easy unless you are planning to spiralize enough to feed 30 people at a potluck!

Did you also know there are a ton of other vegetables you can spiralize? While zucchini is kind of the gold standard when it comes to spiralizing for noodles, you can also do various squash, carrots, beets, broccoli stems, and even potatoes. Just make sure they are at least a couple inches in length and that it can be cut down to fit the spiralizer.
