With the recent supply issues with toilet paper, and people snapping up RV toilet paper for household use, I ended up with several different brands of toilet paper apart from my usual, and I learned there are many more brands of RV specific toilet paper than the one I usually picked up from the RV store. On the downside, RV toilet paper can be much harder to find right now, and it is a lot pricier now than it was last year.
It is important to always use RV designed toilet paper. It is specially designed to dissolve in RV and boat toilets. If you don’t use RV toilet paper, and use regular toilet paper, you run the risk of clogging up the toilet, which is not fun to have happen! So be sure any toilet paper you use is marked as for use on an RV or boat.
Some RVers swear by using single ply toilet paper, but it isn’t meant to be dissolved in black water tanks, so it can cause blocking issues. Plus if comfort of toilet paper is important to you, the specially designed RV toilet paper tends to be softer than the single ply toilet paper you find in public washrooms.
And of course, don’t use huge amounts of toilet paper, even if it is specially designed RV toilet paper, during a “single flush” in the RV, as depending on the type of RV toilet, excessive amounts of toilet paper can also cause issues.

Scott Rapid Dissolving Toilet Paper
This is the most popular brand of toilet paper because of the name.
Camco RV Toilet Paper
Camco is probably the version you picked up while at the RV store or an RV park, as Camco is a super popular brand for RV accessories.
It usually is the priciest option, but it sells well since it is often the only brand sold in RV stores.
This toilet paper is 2 ply.

Freedom Living RV Toilet Paper
This is also specially designed RV toilet paper, but while the price is usually comparable to Scott’s, it is also suffering from supply issues this year, so it might be hard to find.
